Legionella Watch our Remote Water Temperature Moni toring System has been installed at Cote Lane for over 3 years. In that time, our sensors have been used to identify significant problems with the hot water recirculation systems within Cote Lane. These issues had been ongoing for some time before the installation of our Smart Building Monitoring. It was only with the data captured and visualised by our system alongside our expertise in data analysis that enabled us to understand the exact problem causing the issues identified. In turn the data analysis and pinpointing of the issue we provided the Trust gave them the confidence to make major system upgrades. Our system has since backed up the upgrades made with improved data readings recorded.

Legionella Watch provides real time monitoring of our hot and cold water systems, giving our customers greater control and peace of mind. Enabling proactive decisions rather than reactive responses to be made when dealing with all manner of hot and cold water system issues as they occur.

It has been great working Keith for nearly 4 years now. He is a fountain of knowledge in all things hot water and is always happy to help out when needed.


The remote sensors we have here at Cote Lane have certainly proved their worth. They have aided us in resolving a number of ongoing issues we had here for a while. The data is invaluable when a problem occurs. We receive a report each month which has the entire systems sensors data represented in a number of ways. It is a great visualisation of what is going with our hot and cold water systems. We store these reports as an ongoing risk assessment which is updated every month.
