They manage around 34,500 homes in England for over 76,000 customers, including affordable properties for general rent, shared ownership and sale, alongside specialist accommodation such as retirement and supported living schemes for older and vulnerable people, domestic abuse refuges, a dedicated LGBTQ+ Safe Space, and young people’s foyers.
Over the last couple of years, we have installed our remote monitoring systems at several Stonewater properties to assist them with the Legionella Compliance and to aid in understanding the water systems used within various Stonewater sites. Our system has identified a number of issues that help Stonewater make informed decisions on remedial works undertaken. Our remote sensors are vital for this process to be accurate and as cost affective as possible.
It’s a pleasure working with the team at Smart Building Technology, their remote sensors are great. Several of our problematic sites are now performing as they should, thanks to the expertise and analysis given by the team and the service in general from Smart Building Technology. The monthly reports are detailed and look good too, an excellent tool for historical information.
